Lisa Frankford

Hello, I'm Lisa, Steward/Stylist of New Creations Studio. Graduate of Lampeter-Strasburg High School and Empire Beauty School. I have been a licensed Cosmetologist since 1986 and a Salon Owner since 2004. My first passion is Jesus, then my high school sweetheart and husband George; we've been married since 1986, followed by our children and grandchildren. The career of Cosmetology has given me the the opportunity to enjoy the best of raising a family and contributing to the family financial responsibilities. I enjoy creative color, hi-lites ,and hair design. Building trust and relationships with my guests is very important to me. New Creations has been a platform for us to sow into our Community and outreaches that we hold dear to our Hearts.

Nicole Brown

Owner/Stylist Level 5

Hi I'm Nicole! I've been behind the chair since 2008, but have been around the hair industry my whole life. I'm beyond blessed to work alongside one of my biggest role models, my Momma! She has taught me there’s more behind the Hair, there’s a Heart! I love being able to “Enhance the TRUE Beauty God has given” my guests not only through Color or a Cut but by listening, loving and being able to build relationships with them. I love learning and growing in all the new techniques that are out there and the wide range of colors as well as cuts. I look forward to seeing YOU in my chair! When I'm not behind the chair, I LOVE spending time outside camping or taking in all that God's creation. "I am extremely blessed to have a supportive/loving husband and 2 amazing boys!"

April Reuter

Hi, I'm April! I am an organic stylist who is happy to provide my guests with a safe, aromatic, joy filled beauty experience! I have a combined experience in the Cosmetology field since 1997 and have been blessed to be part of the team here at New Creations for over eleven years. I am passionate about intentional wellness, low tox living, and was influential in bringing Organic Colour Systems to this salon. I find it especially fulfilling to mentor budding stylists. I love giving my guests great hair, but never at the cost of their overall health. One of the many things I love about my career is giving undivided attention to my guests and inspiring their intentional living. I look forward to meeting you, sharing stories, laughing, and giving you some great hair!

Amber Ferrell

Hi i’m Amber, I’ve been behind the chair since 2021, but have been around the hair industry my whole life. I’m so blessed to be apart of this amazing team here at New Creations. I love this growing industry and continuing to learn new techniques! Highlights and balayage are my favorite! I look forward to meeting you! My goal is to make you feel comfortable, seen and making you feel beautiful by enhancing the beauty God has given to you! In my free time I love spending time with my husband and family/friends, traveling, line dancing, trying new restaurants, and being anywhere by the water if it’s the beach or bay I’m there!

Keisha Santiago Morales

Hello my name is Keisha! I’m a licensed cosmetologist who graduated from Empire Beauty School in November 2021. I’m originally from Mayagüez, Puerto Rico. I love spending time with my family. I absolutely love doing hair and making people feel beautiful in their own skin. Hair is the crown that we got early by our Lord and we never take off, the crown we get to show daily and that is the first contact most people make with us. Being beautiful is not just about the outside but about the inside as well and I love making connections with my clients and being able to remind them of how wonderful and precious we are in Gods eyes.

Hi I'm Paige! I joined the team at New Creations in June of 2023 and graduated from Lancaster School of Cosmetology in September of 2024. I work solely with Organic Color Systems to provide a healthy safe, and low-tox hair experience for my guests.
My passion in this industry to make you feel comfortable, seen, and beautiful while in my chair.
Come visit me if you are seeking natural, lived in color and highlights or braids! I began braiding while in cosmetology school and fell in love with the craft. I offer basic knotless box braids, boho braids, and cornrow styles. I am also excited to incorporate my love for art through this journey. I love dancing, doing anything artsy, and spending time with my friends and family. I can't wait to meet you!

Hi, I’m Destiny! I graduated from the Lancaster School of Cosmetology and joined New Creations Studio in November 2024. I’ve loved every moment of creating confidence and beauty behind the chair. I specialize in color and highlights, and I’m passionate about helping my clients leave feeling refreshed, radiant, and renewed. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, exercising, and spending time with my family. I’m also a proud dog mom to three lovable Labradors and happily married since September 2023. For me, hair isn’t just about style — it’s about transformation and joy. I believe in using my gifts to serve others, inspired by the verse “She is clothed with strength and dignity, and she laughs without fear of the future.” — Proverbs 31:25 I’m always accepting new clients, and I’d love to help you feel your most beautiful and confident self!

Missy

Hi I’m Missy, I am a Strasburg native and have been doing hair for nearly 18 years. I have two children that are the center of my world. I got my start as a stylist at Supercuts and had extensive training on men’s cuts and love the variety of short and long cuts for both men and woman. I am also a massage therapist and have been mixing this into my days in the salon for the last 6 years. It’s so nice to have some quiet time in my day to recenter myself and bring comfort to guests. It has been such a blessing to be in the service of others whether I am spending time detailing a highlight, helping someone loosen tight shoulders or just letting a friend unload their feelings. My other passions in life are reading, learning, and creating. That’s a little about me, I hope to meet you soon!

Hi, my name is Ellen. I am a licensed nail technician and a proud graduate of the Lancaster School of Cosmetology, Class of August 2025. Nail artistry has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. I love treating each nail as a miniature canvas, creating unique tiny works of art. One of my favorite parts of this career is seeing clients’ reactions to their finished nails and connecting with them throughout the process. After graduating, New Creations felt like perfect place to start my career, I grew up in Strasburg and have such a love for this little town! Outside of the salon, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two daughters. I also love crafting, thrifting and spending time at our family cabin.

Josie

Front Desk/Salon Coordinator

Hi I’m Josie! I am currently a senior at Lampeter Strasburg High School. I work as front desk/salon coordinator at New Creations. I love my journey so far with New Creations, and I can’t wait to see what God has in store for me as I learn and grow! After I graduate from high school, I will be attending Walk With Scissors Cosmetology School, and I want to specialize in hair and nails. In my free time, I am involved in Young Life, teaching kids ministry in church, and practicing my dip and gel nail techniques. I also enjoy spending time with family and friends, and spreading the joy of the Lord!

Licensed Massage Therapist

Hi, my name is Deanna, and I am a licensed massage therapist! I graduated from Lancaster School of Massage in March. I love helping people, and through massage, I get to do that to help individuals feel their best through personalized holistic care! I strive to create a relaxing and rejuvenating experience that promotes both physical and mental well-being. First of all, my faith in Jesus is my foundation. I became a mama to the most beautiful daughter in August. When I do have spare time, you can find me going for a run or walk, line dancing, spending time with friends and family, visiting new places, and just simply enjoying the outdoors. I am beyond stoked to have the opportunity to work with these wonderful ladies and to grow and learn more in my profession here at New Creations!
