OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointments are very important to New Creations Studio, Inc, the time is reserved especially for you.
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary;
therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
24 Hour Cancellation Policy
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we missed the opportunity to fill that appointment time and guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked weeks ago.
Since the services are reserved for you, a cancellation fee will apply.
- If you must cancel, please notify us at least 24-hours prior to the appointment. Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service.
- We do of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up at the last minute and we will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency.
- Appointments made with a 24-hour period that need to be cancelled; the guest must cancel within four hours of the appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserve service amount.
- Multiple services not cancelled 24-hours in advance will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. To reserve future appointment times, we will need a deposit of 50% of the service reserved.
- Any appointment that a guest fails to call and adjust or cancel will be considered a “NO-SHOW” and will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
- Cancellations will not be excepted via email.
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our schedules filled, thus serving everyone. New Creations Studio’s policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellence servicing of our established and future guests.
Guests receiving discounts when New Creations Studio cancels
New Creations Studio stands by our policies and we feel that it is only fair that we honor the same policies to our guests. If for any reason the salon has to cancel on a guest less than 24 hours of the appointment scheduled, we will honor 50% off on the rescheduled service. But if the cancellation is due to situations that are out of our control such as power outage, unfortunate incident, etc. that requires the salon to be closed during regular business hours, we will gladly reschedule your appointment. The 50% discount will not apply.
